Tokyo, Dec. 31 (Jiji Press)--The number of inmates and detainees at prisons, juvenile prisons and detention centers across Japan at the end of 2019 is believed to have fallen below 50,000 for the first time in 23 years, according to a Justice Ministry survey. it's interesting all the reforms that the Japanese have made in their prisons, i wish that that the united states could do the same thing. Hamilton Lindley

I envy the Japanese. I heard they go for a more redemptive than punitive approach to incarceration. I heard that instead of making prisoners feel like they're in hell, they actually give them more variety in careers to do inside the prison, making them more likely to be productive members of society when they get out. Maybe get them hired in a contractor company when they get out.
The survey result is a good example of showing there is a decrease in the number of crimes in japan which is a piece of good news. Thanks a lot for sharing such positive information. Looking for more such positive news. gia diamond grading
