LINCOLN, Neb. — An inmate from the Community Corrections Center-Lincoln (CCC-L) did not return after he was given permission to leave the facility on Monday. According to the Department of Correctional Services, Anthony Durand was allowed to leave to seek employment. He removed the electronic monitoring device he was wearing and did not return. Durand is a 22-year old black man, 6’ 1”, 180 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Read More. |
