OMAHA, Neb. — Douglas County Corrections officials said a man died while being held at the Douglas County Jail. According to Douglas County Department of Corrections Director Mike Meyers, Philip Teplitsky, 37, was at the jail Monday afternoon for a sex offender registry violation.
