New Hampshire authorities are looking for a 31-year-old Massachusetts man who failed to return to the New Hampshire State Prison halfway house in Concord last week The prison says Daniel Fichera of Lowell was allowed to go into the city to look for a job but failed to return. He's described as white, six-foot-four, 265 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. Fichera was in the halfway house for a parole violation and was due to be released next March. |
