Abt Associates is working with the U.S. National Institute of Corrections (NIC) to develop the Transition-from-Prison-to-Community Initiative (TPCI).  A response to the record numbers of felons now being released from prisons, TPCI will help states restructure their transition practices to increase success rates for released offenders
