| Inmate stabbed in New Mexico Jail |

Medics rushed an inmate to the hospital after he was stabbed several times with a pencil and a sharpened tooth brush. A spokesperson for the Santa Fe Metropolitan Detention Center says four inmates got into a fight last week. One inmate was seriously injured and transported to the hospital by lifeguard helicopter. The Bernalillo County Sheirff's department is investigating the incident. |
