This is a FREE service for corrections and detention staff and their family members provided by Desert Waters Correctional Outreach. The Corrections Ventline(tm) is anonymous and confidential with the following exceptions: If you provide identifying information, we are mandated to report child abuse, and summon help in the case of danger to self and threats of violence against others.
Calls for 866-YOU-VENT go to an answering service, which then patches you to the Responder on duty. Callers are not identified through Caller ID.
