Two Humane Society employees in Kentucky are facing charges after being arrested on Wednesday. The two had been in charge of two state prisoners while participating in a work release program. According to reports, police are still looking for the two offenders, Dennis Milburn, 28, and James Crouch, Jr., 26. Officials say that both inmates are considered armed and dangerous. Crouch was convicted of first-degree robbery and burglary, and was serving a 10-year sentence. Milburn was serving a 10-year sentence as well for first-degree assault. Both were serving time at the Muhlenberg County Detention Center. Officers say that after attending a work-release program at the Muhlenberg County Humane Society, they convinced the Humane Society workers to take them to a Bowling Green apartment complex to visit Crouch's brother. Once at the apartment complex, the inmates refused to get back into the car to leave - eventually causing Madsen and Vance to leave the inmates there. The workers did not report the incident to police, causing their termination from the Humane Society and their arrest.
