Officials have captured all three inmates that escaped from Tent City Jail in Arizona on Tuesday evening. Officers caught two Chad Merrill and David Thomas earlier this week at a shopping mall. The third inmate, Michael Williams, was found last night in Apache Junction.

Officers say that a very small design flaw in electric fencing allowed the inmates to escape, adding that a small portion of the fence was not electrified. Officials said that the Tent City facility would learn from the incident, and they are now considering wrist monitors for the inmates.
