Authorities started the search for a Texas inmate after he failed to show up for breakfast on Saturday morning at Miller County prison. Tommy Hall, 27, is believed to have escaped either late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Officials had last seen Hall during a Friday night headcount.

While Hall is not considered to be armed and dangerous, authorities say that citizens should not try to apprehend him on their own. Hall was incarcerated for possession of a controlled substance. Hall has a long history of drug charges and officers note that he is a repeat offender.

Officials are still on the search for Hall, and say that he will be caught and returned to Miller County prison.
