Two Texas inmates escaped from the Gaines County Jail early Tuesday morning. A Gaines County jailer noticed that the two inmates were missing at about 5:40 a.m. The two escaped inmates, Claronaldo Matthew Davila, 26, and Justin Kirk Graves, 19, allegedly escaped through an air vent on the roof of the jail. After escaping from the jail, the two inmates went to a residence to change clothes before stealing a car from a relative of one of the inmates. Davila was being held on two forgery charges and Graves was being held on two charges of burglary. Officials are still searching for both inmates. |
