Colorado officials are searching for an escaped inmate, described as a "one man crimewave", who is suspected in more than 100 burglaries. Robert Burzee was reportedly found missing from a county jail on Monday evening. According to officials, Burzee had recently been sentenced to over six years in prison after yet another attempted burglary arrest in October. Burzee has a number of aliases, including John Currie and John Sharpe. Officials do not believe he is dangerous, but are warning citizens to remain on the lookout. Officers could not release information on how Burzee escaped, but did say that an investigation was underway. Burzee has an extensive record for theft, fraud, threats and larceny. |
