David Miller, an inmate at the Prado Conservation Camp, was discovered missing on Sunday, according to officers. Miller, 49, allegedly escaped at 10:30 a.m. Officials used bloodhounds to track Miller's scent, and determined that he most likely escaped on foot rather than arranging for a ride to pick him up. Miller was serving a sentence for theft and embezzlement. Miller was scheduled for release in 2008, but now faces additional charges if captured. According to Lt. Mike D'arcy, Miller will be placed in a much more secure facility following his escape. Officials are still looking for Miller. |
