| MRSA Case Found in Jail |

Michigan's Ionia County Jail is now on the list of facilities that have dealt with a flesh eating disease. One prisoner at the facility has been confirmed with the Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) infection. That prisoner has been quarantined is being treated by the county doctor, according to reports. MRSA is a highly contagious staph infection and has also been found in jails in Calhoun County, where two inmates died, and in Kent County. |
