Following the suicide of Texas inmate Luke Ashley, a lawsuit has been filed against Williamson County Jail by the inmate's family. According to reports, Ashley had been pacing and beating his knuckles against his jail cell the day he committed suicide. He also reportedly used the jail cell intercom to state that he couldn't take it any more. Ashley's family filed a lawsuit citing that jail staff knew about the 24-year-olds history of mental issues and bi-polar condition. |
