An Ohio man was found dead at the U.S. Medical Center for Federal Prisoners following what a prison spokesman called an argument with another inmate. The body of inmate Timothy Baker, 38, of Dayton, was found early Monday in a Missouri housing unit at the prison, spokesman Al Quintero said in a recently released report. He said the FBI is investigating and that he could release little additional information about Baker or how he died. James Baker, a nephew, told the Dayton Daily News that the warden told the slain man's mother he had been stabbed. Quintero said Baker was serving a six-year sentence for conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute it. |
