A Louisiana employee of Wade Correctional Center is accused of setting fire to a residence on Dec. 21. Michael Shane Desadier, 36, recently was arrested on the job on warrants charging him with one count each of aggravated arson and stalking, according to Claiborne Sheriff Ken Bailey. "His place of employment has nothing to do with this incident," clarified sheriff's chief investigator Chuck Talley. Desadier was booked into Claiborne Detention Center. His bond was set at $100,000 on the charge of aggravated arson and $25,000 on the stalking charge. Other charges are pending, authorities said. |
