A year and a half after a Delaware prison counselor was held hostage and raped by an inmate, her fight is finally over. Cassandra Arnold won a civil lawsuit for more than $1.6 million dollars last fall. Her lawyers and those for the state have signed the legal settlement. Arnold was taken hostage and raped by convicted serial rapist Scott Miller. The hostage ordeal lasted seven hours before Miller was shot and killed by an officer. |
