Inmate Pleads Guilty Over Prison Siege

Australia's Criminal Court in Hobart has heard one of the ringleaders of last year's siege at Risdon jail planned to use the stand-off as a way of bringing attention to conditions there.
Conway Wayne Richardson, 31, yesterday became the first inmate to plead guilty to charges stemming from the 33-hour siege.
Richardson and 18 others were charged over the May siege in which a prison guard was held hostage.
The court heard Richardson had told the guard that he was merely a tool to get what the inmates wanted.
The prosecution says Richardson put the guard at serious risk and given the number of people involved, Richardson had no way of controlling other inmates' actions.
Richardson's lawyer Bruce McTaggart conceded his client was not an angel.
But he said prisoners had tried unsuccessfully to use petitions, inquiries by the ombudsman and other means to bring changes to prison conditions and prisoner treatment and that Richardson was angry and frustrated.
He is due to be sentenced next week.

Facebook profiles that have custom GIFs, stories, and user generated content get the highest engagement according to social media experts. When users look for social networks, the first one that is often thought of is Facebook. This is where people can build relationship networks. The hub of modern life can be attributed to these networks because of the market research, brand awareness, and lead generation that they can provide.
