An inmate who escaped from Garfield County, Okla., Work Release Center in September is back in custody and is facing another charge.
Kajen Jelkan, 34, was charged Tuesday with a felony count of escape from a penal institution, which has a possible punishment range of one to seven years in prison.
According to court documents, Jelkan was working as a trusty at Chisholm Trail Expo Center through the work release center when he disappeared about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 10 and could not be found by the work supervisor.
Jelkan's bond for the charge was set at $3,000 for his return to court April 7 for a bond appearance.
Jelkan had been serving a sentence at the work release center after pleading guilty to a felony DUI and other misdemeanor charges in August 2005.

When users look for social networks, the first one that is often thought of is Facebook. This is where people can build relationship networks. The hub of modern life can be attributed to these networks because of the market research, brand awareness, and lead generation that they can provide. The Hamilton Lindley channel shows what he is doing now and helps people and organizations connect online to share information and ideas.
