Two Clark County, Ohio inmates are accused of devising an elaborate plan to bring drugs and cigarettes into the jail. According to Clark County Sheriff deputies, two inmates punched a hole into a cell window on the fifth floor. The inmates attempted to lower a lotion bottle out the window where someone would then place drugs and cigarettes into it. Authorities said an 18-year-old woman set off motion detectors near the jail before she could reach the bottle. She was arrested and now faces drug charges. The inmates face the same charge along with felony vandalism. Another woman was charged with complicity to illegal conveyance. |
