| Ky. Inmate Killed by Ingesting Anti-freeze |

Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a Logan County jail inmate who died from ingesting anti-freeze. James Calvin Douglas, 30, died March 13 at The Medical Center at Bowling Green. Douglas was arrested a day earlier by Russellville police and taken to the Logan County Jail. He was taken from there to Logan Memorial Hospital and later transferred to the Bowling Green hospital. State police did not specify why Douglas was arrested or when he was taken to the hospital. A preliminary report from the medical examiner's office in Louisville said Douglas died from multiple organ failure caused by ingesting anti-freeze |
