Grand jury needs more time in juvenile inmate's death inquiry

A grand jury looking into the death of a 17-year-old at the Miami-Dade, Fla. juvenile detention center last June will not finish its work until February.
The panel has been investigating since September, but they say they need more time.
Omar Paisley died of a burst appendix, and reportedly he was begging for treatment of his abdominal pain.
The grand jury is also looking at the larger issue of how the Department of Juvenile Justice treats children in its care.
