A corrections department employee at the Bucks County, Pa., Prison is accused of sexually assaulting a female inmate, according to court documents. David William Rosser, 39, was charged with institutional sexual assault after admitting to county detectives he fondled a woman inmate several times. If convicted, Rosser faces up to seven years in prison. Rosser is the second corrections employee in a week and the sixth in two years to face criminal charges. Two weeks ago, prison investigator Joseph Schuck was charged with drug delivery, extortion and theft. |
