New Penalty Hearing Granted for Nevada Death Row Inmate

The state Supreme Court has ruled four-to-three that condemned inmate Richard Haberstroh deserves a new penalty hearing for the 1986 kidnapping, rape and murder of Donna Marie Kitowski in southern Nevada.
The high court's majority order, written by Justice Bob Rose, said a jury's finding of 'depravity of mind' as an aggravating circumstance warranting the death penalty was improper.
Justice Myron Leavitt wrote the dissent, saying there's no basis for a new penalty hearing. He says there was plenty of evidence to warrant the death sentence.
The majority opinion favored Haberstroh only in regard to the new penalty hearing. All seven justices agreed that his murder conviction should stand.

I think we could of saved all the money it cost to feed this pos we could of been feeding kids that deserve to live. As a working class man it is bullshit that my tax dollars keep him alive this is so hard to understand why wimpy left wing liberals have to fight for peoples lives that dont deserve to be alive. I cant forgive someone who took so much from me i truly want the worst for that guy i wish when they gave a death sentence they would actually do it . To go through this three timrs is to much for anyone. I love u sis r.i.p
