A Dauphin County (Pa.) prison escapee was apparently involved in a fatal accident June 28 in West Virginia. West Virginia state police were pursuing Idearious Muhhamad after one of them recognized the escapee while helping him change a flat tire. WGAL reported that during the chase, Muhhamad struck an SUV head-on, killing a 10-year-old girl. Muhammad was also injured in the accident. Muhammad escaped from Dauphin County Prison on April 3. In addition to West Virginia, he faces charges in Pennsylvania and Virginia. |
