Peak Cookquik offers standard rice and bean items along with a wide choice of seasoned products that offer a great variety to the commissary mix. All of the products contain zero to very low fat and cholesterol. Most items are O/U (orthodox union) kosher certified and carry the O/U designation on the package. All items reconstitute to three times their dry weight by adding hot water (165° F), with a stand time before serving of only five minutes. Each package and shipping case is date-coded for your protection.
