Funds can be deposited using cash, credit card, debit card and electronic check through our proprietary kiosk (kioskPay), countertop terminal (ezPay), web portal (ePay), and the telephone IVR system (telePay).

Release Solution
The TouchPay Release Solution provides agencies the ability to put inmate funds on a prepaid debit Mastercard. Upon release, the offender receives their trust fund money through the issuance of a pin based Mastercard branded debit card, which means the card can be used at any of thousands of ATMs or retailers that accept MasterCard debit cards. In addition, the card is reloadable, providing continued use of the convenient card system as long as the released offender chooses.

TouchPay’s booking solution provides a convenient method for offenders moving through the booking process to fund their newly created trust fund account for the purpose of posting bail, self bonding out of the facility or to pre-fund the trust account for use in the commissary once detained in the facility.
