Corizon Wins New Mexico Contract Renewal
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (2012-06-08) Corizon, the nation’s leader in correctional healthcare solutions, announced that it has been awarded the renewal contract to provide medical services for the New Mexico Corrections Department (NMCD). The renewal was effective June 1, 2012. Corizon has been a long term partner with the state of New Mexico for 20 years, and has provided continuous health services to the state since 2007.
Within the renewed contract, Corizon will continue to provide comprehensive medical, mental health, dental and ancillary services to the approximately 6,600 inmates in custody of the NMCD’s 10 prisons.

Voss will manage the renewed New Mexico contract in addition to his responsibilities overseeing the medical and mental health contracts with the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC).
